Rosati Ice, a 107-year-old company steeped in history and tradition, faced an existential crisis during the COVID-19 shutdown. As a family-owned business led by a West Point graduate, with an Army commander and a Purple Heart Marine on its team, Rosati Ice relied heavily on schools for 90% of its revenue from August through May. With schools closed, the company was at risk of shutting down.

To save the business, preserve jobs, and give back to the community, Rosati Ice turned to its rich heritage and a spirit of authenticity.
